To close the loop with their end-users, they needed a wallet that went beyond basic transactions. Evolt was brought in to rethink the crypto wallet experience from the ground up and deliver an app that could unify buying, selling, holding, and spending crypto in one seamless product.

Beyond basic transaction support, the client wanted to stand out in a crowded market by offering a product that unified fragmented crypto apps into one, attracted a broader consumer base, and gave them a defensible advantage in the crypto space. The process started with a client team workshop, user persona creation, competitive research, and competitor functionality mapping. From that foundation, Evolt defined a unique value proposition and designed every feature around real mobile wallet user behaviour.
