The insured takes photos or videos of the damaged vehicle and uploads them to ClaimCompanion. Basic accident details are added: location, time, and type of incident.

STEP 02

AI Processing

The AI detects and identifies damaged areas using advanced image recognition, classifies damage by severity and type, and reads the vehicle's licence plate and VIN automatically.

STEP 03

Report Generation

The system generates a full damage assessment report including a list of damaged parts, a repair or replacement plan for each, cost estimates pulled from external databases, and a time breakdown for repairs.

STEP 04

Review

The insurance assessor reviews the AI-generated report, approves it, requests additional information, or makes manual adjustments where needed. Routine claims require minimal human intervention.

Finalisation
