This website, evolt.dev, is operated by EVOLT Društvo sa ograničenom odgovornošću Sarajevo (short name: EVOLT d.o.o. Sarajevo), with its registered seat at ul. Džemala Bijedića br. 202, Ilidža, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Evolt”, “we”, “us”). Evolt is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company, a description of your challenge, and your budget range.

Direct correspondence. If you email us or connect with us through other channels, we process the contact details and content you share.

Technical and usage data. Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data needed to serve and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, date and time of access, and pages visited. We use our hosting platform’s built-in, privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate site traffic; these analytics do not use cookies and do not build individual visitor profiles.

3. Why we process your data and on what legal basis

To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal — because this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) or based on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
To operate, secure, and improve the website — based on our legitimate interest in running a functional and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
To comply with legal obligations that apply to us (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing communications unless you have asked us to.

4. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function. Our analytics are cookieless. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our business — such as our website hosting and form-processing platform and our email provider — and only to the extent needed for them to perform those services under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. International transfers

Evolt operates from Bosnia and Herzegovina with offices in Slovenia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States, and our service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where data protection law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless a contract, a legal obligation, or a legal claim requires a longer period. Technical logs and aggregate analytics are kept only for the short periods our hosting platform needs them for security and statistics.

8. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you (including the GDPR and the data protection law of Bosnia and Herzegovina), you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed;
have your data deleted, or its processing restricted;
object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
receive your data in a portable format;
withdraw any consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@evolt.dev. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZLP), or the data protection authority in your country of residence.

9. Data security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and our ISO 27001-certified information security practices — to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, but we work to minimize the risk.

10. Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be published on this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your personal data, we will highlight it on the website.
